NEW AIR SERVICE TO BRUSSELS: On June 1, 2007 Northwest Airlines expanded its European flight network with a new service: Detroit-Brussels. The nonstop service to Belgium is in cooperation with its joint venture partner, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. June also sees the start-up of a daily direct service between Brussels and Philadelphia (PHL) with US Airways. On August 5, 2007 Jet Airways will begin daily flights to Brussels from Newark airport.
