New Brussels Card

Now available for 24, 48 our 72 hours

Discover Brussels with the new Brussels Card. With options for 24, 48 or 72 hours, the card provides free access to 25 museums, discounts in more than 30 restaurants, shops and tourist attractions; and unlimited travel on public transport.

Here are a few suggestions to wet your appetite: Enjoy the ancient masters at the

Royal Museums of Fine Arts, discover the Museum of Musical Instruments (MIM) and stay for lunch at the restaurant on the top floor enjoying one of the best views of downtown Brussels. Brussels Card also gives access to the Museum of Natural Sciences where a special exhibition "Murder at the Museum" is going to make your children ask for more time at the museum. Guaranteed! In addition to the fine permanent collection with its famous dinosaur wing, families discover in eight laboratories, the scientific techniques used in crime laboratories all over the world. Get involved, take part in interviews, form your own opinion and solve the case. "Murder at the Museum" is open through September 2, 2007.

Go underground: Unlock the secrets of the Place Royale and view the former palace of Charles V at the Archeological site of Coudenberg. If you love cars Autoworld will not disappoint you and a visit to The Belgian Center for Comics, located in one of Victor Horta's Art Nouveau masterpieces, is a must. All you ever wanted to know about the process of beer brewing can be found at the Brussels Geuze Museum of Brewery Cantillon where the tradition of Lambic brewing is paired with a tasting at the end of the tour.

The Brussels Card comes with a city map and a guide with all the practical information

on the participating museums and discount partners, as well as

info on opening hours, location, and website addresses. The card sold for 33 € (72 hours), 28 € (48 hours) and 20 € (24 hours) and is available for purchase online

at www.brusselscard.be as well as in the tourist office of Brussels International on

the Grand-Place, in some participating museums, hotels, and in the sales offices of

the public transport company STIB.
