A passionate team keeps creating new shapes and combining chocolate with new flavors. Planete Chocolat shares its knowledge around chocolate. Chocolate demonstrations are organized every Saturday and Sunday at 4pm for individuals. Chocolate demonstrations consist in an explanation of the History and the origins of chocolate as well as the fabrication of pralines and caraques with a humoristic touch and in a convivial atmosphere. While the participants attend the demonstration, they can see our chocolate makers working through the windows of our live workshop. The demonstration is followed with a degustation of homemade pralines and hot chocolate. Demonstrations, workshop and city guided tours for groups can also be organized under reservation. With classes offered in 12 different languages, tourists of all backgrounds can learn Zaabär's secrets to one-of-a-kind desserts, with surprising ingredients like spices, cereals, fruits, truffles and more. Workshops are available for individual groups (families, birthdays), tour operators, associations (business, schools, etc.) and classes are open to the public every Saturday from 2.30 to 3.30 pm.

Factory tours with tastings are offered Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, Saturday from 11am to 8pm.
