Giant Omelet - Malmedy This egg-stravaganza takes place in Malmedy on August 15, 2007 with music, games, barbecues and fun for the whole family. Visitors can get a taste of the omelet which consists of 10,000 eggs fried in a thirteen-foot giant frying pan by the Malmedyan Omelet Confraternity. |

| Potato Day - Florenville October 14, 2007. The Plate de Florenville (Flat One of Florenville) is a firm potato with a refined taste and is famous in the gastronomic world. The festival begins on Saturday with the touffaye (braised) contest in the Breux of Chassepierre Hall. The main event takes place on Sunday on Place de Florenville with potato themed activities. |
