Chocolate Workshop
NEW Chocolate Workshop in Bruges
Meetings & Incentives planners are always asking us, “Where can we make our own Belgian chocolates?” Chocolate Workshops is a concept currently being developed by Choco-Story, Bruges’ very own Chocolate Museum. The new demonstration room will be up and running in January 2007. The best part of making your own box of chocolate is that you never get the one you didn’t want!
Sample Programs
Caramel Teambuilding Visit
The entire group creates a large sculpture in chocolate with the name of the group or company. Each participant learns about the composition & history of chocolate, and produces individual chocolate spheres. The chocolate spheres are placed aesthetically on a wooden base using melted chocolate in order to make the work of art which will be taken away by the group.
Praline Workshop Visit
This is a "hands-on" visit where participants learn to work with chocolate by creating the world famous Belgian praline. First the chocolate is tempered, then a praline shell is created, filled and sealed with chocolate. Each member receives a white apron, a glass of wine to accompany the tasting, and a ½ lb box of chocolate of their own creation.

NEW Marriott Ghent
Deluxe 4-star property in one of the most beautiful places in Belgium.

4 NEW Spaces and 4,800 sq feet added to the Meridien Brussels
With the finalization of its new meeting area, the Meridien Brussels has created an additional 4,800 sq feet by converting the area between the Place d’Espagne and the Central Station into a large hall, 3 boardrooms (10-12 pax) and a foyer. There is now more than 9,600 sq feet spread over four areas, composed of 15 multifunction rooms (2-260 pax), most of which are bathed in natural sunlight throughout the day.

The NEW Look for a Unique Venue in Brussels
To celebrate its 20th anniversary in style, Autoworld has been given a well-deserved facelift. Still situated in Cinquantenaire Park, the museum contains over 300 vehicles illustrating the main stages of motorcar history.
