The Brussels Convention Bureau team based in the USA is part of the official Brussels Convention Bureau based in Brussels.
Our team in the US is made out of local Belgian citizens who know perfectly their subject. We are daily connected with our headquarters in Brussels and the Brussels member businesses that provide a broad range of venues, products and services.
From site selection to spouse programs to transportation needs, we put Brussels’ resources to work for you.

• Obtain welcome letters from City officials
• Pre-promote Brussels by attending previous year’s event
• Distribute RFP to search The Brussels CVB members for all your planning needs, including venue recommendations
• Coordinate site inspections
• Provide assistance with housing
• Provide Imagery, B roll and video of Brussels
• Offer suggestions for spousal & team building activities
• Create E-blasts to focus on attendance building and to inform attendees about Brussels
• Attend pre-convention meetings to welcome and give a tutorial to attendees to better acquaint them with Brussels
